Rohit Sharma
Founder
Rohit Sharma is an alumnus of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. After his stint as an associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, he is a Founder of Law Firm Ready and Awaaz Initiative. He is also a Research Assistant at the Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, Harvard University.
He has served as Editor of the Journal of Indian Law and Society (JILS) and Team Leader at Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access(IDIA). He has also been a core member of NUJS Mentorship Buddy Initiative. He has mentored over 2000 law students across various domains, ranging from CLAT preparation to Online Dispute Resolution and career counselling. He can be reached at rohitsharma_@outlook.in
Jyotirmoy Nath

Jyotirmoy is a law graduate from National Law University Odisha.
As a first generation lawyer, he understands the various hurdles faced by students in navigating law school and achieving their goals. He actively tries to bring down barriers and make law more accessible to everyone, and this mentoring initiative is a product of the same.
Pritesh Kumar
Operations Coordinator
Pritesh Kumar, a 2023 law graduate, currently serves as a practicing advocate at the Calcutta High Court. He possesses professional experience with SAMA, an online dispute resolution platform. Additionally, Mr. Kumar is the founder of the Prachi Janta Foundation, a NGO dedicated to addressing issues related to menstrual health and hygiene. His commendable achievements include being recognized as the best case manager for arbitration and conciliation cases by SAMA at Bengaluru.

Himani Baid, currently in her fourth year at Amity University Chhattisgarh, stands out as a dynamic individual with a significant impact in the legal domain. Serving as the Vice President of the National Legal Rights Consortium, Himani showcases strong leadership and commitment to legal advocacy. Her professional journey includes valuable stints with innovative startups such as SocioLegal Corp, LawsWithRachna, and IurisJura. Beyond her professional pursuits, Himani is recognized as a conversationalist at TEDXPANDRI, contributing to meaningful discussions and thought leadership.
Ayush Kumar
Program Coordinator
Ayush Kumar, a 3rd Year Student enrolled in B.A.LL.B. Hons. Program of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, currently serves as a research member at Centre for Finance and Regulatory Governance Sciences (CFRGS). He has also presented a recommendation paper before the National Commission for Women on reforms in marriage laws. He has previously interned at High Court of Judicature at Patna and a delhi based arbitration firm FinvestLegal.
Riya Sharma

Riya Sharma is a passionate law enthusiast currently pursuing BA LLB at Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law in Mumbai. With a keen interest in legal documentation, research, and content creation for social media, Riya has garnered valuable experience working with diverse organizations. Her journey in various legal fields has been marked by continuous learning and growth. Riya actively engages in competitions and events, leveraging these opportunities to enhance her skills and make positive contributions to society.
